FAIRPLAY POLICY
Powerplayer believes it has a responsibility to maintain a culture of fair play within the Fantasy Cricket community. The game flow of our application conforms to the Supreme Court's definition of a 'game of skill' characterized by a predominance of knowledge, training, attention, and experience. As a legal and ethical way to enjoy your favorite hobby, Fantasy Sports League does not encourage gambling, betting, or other forms of cheating.
VIOLATION
You should refer to genuine individuals, and the user should not have any fake accounts. Your referred friends should all have their PAN cards verified. Users who open more than one account on the platform of Powerplayer are considered to be violating the Fair Play policy of Powerplayer.
Powerplayer considers withdrawing money through unlawful or illegal means or trying to withdraw money in this manner to be a violation of its Fair Play policy. A user may be considered violating our Fair Play Terms when they submit a fake copy or someone else's documents to Powerplayer.
INITIATIVES
When users violate Fair Play terms on Powerplayer, their accounts will be blocked immediately. As a result, in some situations, the wallet Powerplayer of the user who violated the Fair Play terms will be emptied.
